Questa versione del downpipe sostituisce sia la sezione originale del downpipe, sia la sezione di collegamento tra downpipe e centrale. Tale proposta \u00e8 stata introdotta per massimizzare la resa del downpipe uniformando fino al centrale la sezione di passaggio dei fluidi. Il componente viene realizzato in acciaio AISI 304 e saldato interamente a TIG dalle mani esperte dei nostri operatori, inoltre \u00e8 dotato di prese per sonde lambda e delle staffe necessarie al montaggio in vettura. Per la realizzazione del downpipe vengono impiegati tubi con spessori ridotti, generalmente 1.2 mm, ci\u00f2 per rimarcare l\u2019elevato livello di qualit\u00e0 e un\u2019attenzione oculata ai pesi, inoltre il diametro, le geometrie dei raccordi e i volumi sono studiati appositamente per far rendere al meglio lo specifico tipo di motore sul quale \u00e8 montato il downpipe. Le flange sono prodotte tramite macchinari a controllo numerico\/taglio a laser, con forature di assoluta precisione, per assicurare un montaggio perfetto. Il prodotto \u00e8 plug&#038;play ma \u00e8 importante sottolineare che viene consigliata la modifica del sistema di gestione elettronica. L&#8217;eliminazione del catalizzatore migliora anche il sound della vettura incrementando il tono dello scarico.
